Carry out general clerical and administrative duties
Accurately maintain and organise filing systems
Prepare and type documents using word processing software
Ensure records are kept up to date in both paper and electronic formats
Handle routine data entry tasks and documentation support
Assist team members with a range of office administration activitiesMust-have Requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proficient in typing and word processing
Strong personal computer skills

Previous experience in the oil and gas industry
