Mosaic Subject Matter Expert – Adult Social Care
Day Rate: £450 – £550 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: Estimated 8 months
Location: Remote working
Start Date: Immediate start preferred
We are seeking experienced Mosaic Subject Matter Experts to support the successful implementation, delivery, and adoption of the Mosaic Implementation Programme across Adult Services and Wellbeing and Children and Young People’s Services.
Core Skills & Experience
Advanced knowledge of Mosaic forms and workflow best practice
Strong understanding of data quality, identification, and correction
Data migration expertise, including shaping and matching off-system data
Proven experience in Mosaic User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and execution
Background in Adult Social Care and/or Children’s Social Care
Experience with reference data and its critical role in system integrity
Knowledge of worker role setup within Mosaic
Workflow creation, particularly migration workflows
Familiarity with go-live steps and post-go-live case progression

Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and board members
Comfortable both leading and supporting tasks
Highly task- and time-focused
