Senior Site Manager
Location: Maidenhead
Start Date: Early November 2025
Duration: 18 months
Rate: £350 per day
I'm working with a leading principal fitout contractor delivering a £12m office refurbishment in Maidenhead, and they are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to take full site-based control of the project.
The scheme includes the full internal strip out and Cat A refurbishment of four floors and two basement car park levels, along with a new reception extension and a rooftop pavilion.
This role requires a proven senior professional (Project/Contracts/Construction Manager level) with direct experience managing projects of this value and complexity, ensuring programme, quality, and safety are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Requirements:
Demonstrable track record managing high-value commercial refurbishments (£10m+)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to take overall control of site operations
Experience overseeing Cat A office refurbishments, structural alterations, and complex fit-outs
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (essential)
Excellent communication, organisation, and client-facing skills
