You will be:
Managing the Competitive Flexible Procurement, including Dialogue Phases, ensuing compliance with the Procurement Act, Updating and maintaining Commercial Strategies.
Engaging with Approving Authorities, including the Cabinet Office
Conducting pre-sourcing activity for complex PFI replacement projects of high value and high profile
Undertaking Market engagement, assessment and analysis and reports and supporting Commercial Strategies and Business Cases for Cat A Projects
Responsibilities
Supporting the development and implementation of the procurement processes for the DWSP
Provide input to Commercial strategies for DWSP and other PFI replacement contracts
Procuring all support contracts required to support the DWSP.
Lead on commercial work strands both internally and externally
