DC Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Spray Shop Supervisor to join a dynamic and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in hand and machine paint spraying, combined with strong people skills to help lead and support daily spray shop operations.
Pay Rate: Up to £16.00 per hour (depending on experience and skills)
Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Fri: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM (39.5 per week)
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in spray-finishing, spray paint lines or similar production environments
Experience in a supervisor or team leader role will be highly beneficial
Candidates with a joinery background would also be advantageous
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and finishing processes
Confidence operating spray guns, paint booths and automated spray equipment
Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
A reliable team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
