Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Plasterers to join a reputable contractor carrying out repairs and maintenance work in occupied social housing properties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in their work and delivers a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch repairs, bonding, and rendering
Work within tenanted and void social housing properties
Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants
Requirements:
Proven experience in plastering, ideally within the social housing sector
NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Plastering (preferred)
Full UK Driving Licence (if a van is provided)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
