The Role – Complex Needs Teaching Assistant
In this role, you will provide 1:1 support to students aged 3–11 who have severe or profound & multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), with some also having an additional diagnosis of autism. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting communication and sensory needs
* Assisting with personal care and mobility
* Engaging students in tailored learning activities
* Promoting a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
Experience in supporting children with complex needs is essential to effectively contribute to their development and well-being.
