DCT Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Builder’s Cleaner to work with our client on a busy construction site in Stoke-on-Trent.
The role involves general labouring and cleaning duties on a student accommodation project, ensuring the site is kept clean, safe, and well-presented throughout the duration of the works.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning communal areas and student rooms during refurbishment
General labouring tasks around site
Assisting trades and site team as needed
Keeping workspaces tidy and hazard-free
Adhering to all health and safety protocols
✅ Requirements:
Valid CSCS card (essential)
Previous experience as a builder’s cleaner or labourer
Own PPE – safety boots, hi-vis, hard hat
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
💷 Pay & Hours:
£14.50 per hour (paid weekly)
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
Approx. 5 weeks of work
