Job Responsibilities
Apply plaster to walls and ceilings.
Prepare surfaces for plastering.
Mix and apply various types of plaster.
Ensure work meets safety standards.
Work efficiently as part of a team or independently.
Person Specifications
Must Have:
Eligibility to work in the UK.
National Insurance number.
Two years of written references with verified gaps.
Knowledge of construction methods.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Good communication skills.
Ability to provide customer service.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with Derby Homes Limited.
Additional relevant qualifications or licenses.
