We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to start as soon as possible to join a Damp and Mould team on a social housing scheme in South Birmingham.
Role details:
The position involves working on a range of tasks, including:
* Carry out repairs and maintenance
* Plastering
* Taking off and putting on radiators
Key information:
* £23 per hour
* £33,600 per annum
* Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm
* 12-week contract with the potential to go temp to perm
* Company van and fuel card for work purposes

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Multi Trade role
* Previous experience in a Plasterer role
* Plumbing experience
* Maximum of 5 points on driving licence
* Own tools
* Preferably with experience in social housing
* Able to provide 2 work references
