Key Responsibilities

Inspect incoming items for accuracy, damage, shortages or discrepancies.

Accurately book goods into internal systems, including ERP, MRP or stock control systems.

Label, organise and move received items to the correct stores, inspection or production areas.

Liaise with purchasing, stores, quality, production and logistics teams to resolve delivery or documentation issues.

Support stock accuracy by ensuring all goods-in transactions are completed correctly.

Assist with the movement of materials across internal departments where required.

Maintain a clean, safe and organised goods-in area.

Ensure all work is completed in line with internal procedures, quality standards and health and safety requirements.

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in goods receiving, stores, warehouse, logistics or materials control.

Experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, automotive, motorsport, aerospace or technical environment would be highly beneficial.

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to checking and recording information.

Experience using ERP, MRP, stock control or inventory management systems.

Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with internal teams.

Ability to identify and escalate delivery discrepancies, shortages or quality concerns.
