Contract opportunity for an experienced M&E Surveyor to deliver mechanical and electrical asset surveys across sites in the Larbert and Glasgow area.

Are you an experienced M&E Surveyor looking for your next contract? A specialist engineering recruitment partner is seeking an M&E Surveyor for site-based assignments, completing accurate building services surveys and producing clear technical reports.
The Role As the M&E Surveyor, you’ll:

Conduct mechanical and electrical surveys across client sites.
Record and measure M&E assets and site conditions accurately.
Produce clear survey reports, sketches and basic drawings.
Liaise with site contacts to coordinate access and survey activity.
Ensure surveys meet relevant health, safety and site procedures.
Work independently to complete assignments accurately and efficiently. You To be successful, you’ll bring:

Proven experience conducting M&E or building services surveys.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical assets.
Experience producing accurate survey reports and deliverables.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Availability for site-based contract work across the Larbert / Glasgow area. What's in it for you?
