e are seeking an experienced Enterprise PMO Lead to establish and manage programme governance for a complex
strategic transformation programme spanning multiple business units, product teams, technology teams and senior
stakeholders. This role is Inside IR35 and Hybrid Onsite for 3 days in London.
The successful candidate will provide executive-level visibility into programme progress, risks, dependencies, decisions
and financial performance while driving accountability across multiple workstreams.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced PMO professional who has operated within large global
organisations and is comfortable working directly with VP and SVP-level stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Programme governance
* Establish and manage programme governance frameworks
* Define reporting standards, delivery controls and operating rhythms
* Coordinate leadership reviews, steering committees and governance forums
* Maintain clear programme decision-making processes
Integrated planning
* Develop and manage integrated programme plans across multiple workstreams
* Track milestones, deliverables and critical path activities
* Identify and manage dependencies across business and technology teams
* Drive accountability for programme commitments
Risk and issue management
* Maintain programme RAID logs
* Lead risk identification, mitigation and escalation activities
* Drive issue resolution with accountable owners
* Provide early visibility of delivery risks and impacts
Executive reporting
* Produce concise executive dashboards and programme reporting
* Provide clear analysis of progress, risks, dependencies, financial status and decisions required
* Prepare materials for senior leadership and steering committee reviews
Financial and resource management
* Track programme budgets and forecasts
* Monitor resource allocation across workstreams
* Identify capacity constraints and resource risks
* Support financial governance activities
Stakeholder management
* Coordinate programme activity across multiple business units
* Work with product, technology, operations, risk, compliance and external partners
* Support senior stakeholder communications and decision-making
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Essential
* 10+ years of PMO, programme management or transformation experience
* Experience managing PMOs for complex enterprise programmes
* Experience supporting executive governance and steering committees
* Strong programme controls and reporting expertise
* Strong risk, dependency and financial management capabilities
* Experience working across business and technology organisations
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
* Financial services or payments industry experience
* Product and technology transformation experience
* Regulatory programme experience
* Experience supporting global programmes across multiple region
