Supporting them through peak season (now, right through to April 2025) the successful applicant will join Galaxy Personnel’s team of skilled temporary drivers, to exclusively support our client in the safe and efficient delivery of mini-bulk gas to locations across the area. Working the night shift, you’ll be driving about when the roads are at their quietest too!
Pay starts at £16.97 p/h overtime paid after 42.5 hours @ £24.15p/h and double time on weekends @ £33.94p/h, + £2,000 pa bonus (dependent on performance) + benefits.
Working hours 42.5 / 4 on 2 off shifts.
What you'll need:
• Must hold a current (CAT C) licence.
• A current ADR Vocational Training Certificate.

OAT Tester - East Kilbride
The Client:
A government department client is looking for an OAT Tester to join them on a 5 month contract. This position will be in East Kilbride.
Job Summary:
Description:
Design, develop, and execute OAT test plans and scripts based on operational requirements.
Validate system performance under expected load conditions.
Ensure backup, recovery, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms are functioning correctly.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and support teams to ensure readiness for production deployment.
Identify and document defects, risks, and operational gaps.
Participate in release planning and provide go/no-go recommendations based on test results.
Maintain test environments and ensure they reflect production configurations.
Support incident and problem management processes during testing phases. Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Operational Acceptance Testing or similar roles (e.g., QA, DevOps, Systems Testing).
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and operational readiness.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools, backup solutions, and disaster recovery procedures.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Van Driver - Exeter
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled van driver to join our team.

Monday to Friday plus Saturday morning (48 hours per week minimum)
Start time: 06.00
Pay: £672.00, based on 48 hours, weekly
Clean licence preferred. Good highway code knowledge an advantage.
Responsibilities
* Operate a van safely and efficiently for deliveries.
* Ensure timely delivery of goods to various locations while adhering to traffic regulations.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
* Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
* Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
* Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
* Valid Class B driving licence.
* Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role an advantage.
* Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
