Kennet Solutions is a well-established boutique recruitment agency based in central Reading.
We’re currently looking for a part-time Bookkeeper & Finance Controller to support our company Director with a range of finance and administrative duties. This is a remote, home-based role with plenty of flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the company’s accounts via QuickBooks, including VAT returns and day-to-day bookkeeping
* Overseeing invoicing processes, chasing outstanding payments, and reconciling accounts for both permanent staff and freelance contractors
* Processing the company’s staff payroll
* Liaising with a third-party payroll provider for LTD company contractors
* Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts for contractors
About You:
* Highly organised and self-motivated, able to work independently
* Confident using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
* Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
* Previous experience in the recruitment industry is essential
