In this role you will join a rapidly expanding business that offers Handyman services to businesses and home within central London, and with a busy end of year and plenty of work ahead in 2026 our client is in desperate need of a competent handyman.
The ideal candidate should have:
* Previous experience as a Handyman using hand tools working on commercial or domestic property with a strong background doing plumbing, carpentry and painting.
* If you are a gas safe registered plumber this is highly advantageous.
* If you have experience with pest control such as removal of bedbugs, this is advantageous.
* Good manual dexterity, good hand-eye coordination and a positive attitude.
* Good level of English both written and spoken.
* Have own tools
* Be punctual, arrive to work on time and be both reliable and honest.
* The ability to work alone or as part of a team.
* Be currently registered as self-employed or at least be willing to become so.
* Willing to travel between jobs sites within central London.
* The candidate should also live in London and be able to start ASAP.

Duties
As a Handyman you will be responsible for carrying out property maintenance work such as (plumbing, various carpentry tasks along with painting and decorating)
As our client also provides Handyman services to surrounding businesses and homes within central London the successful candidate will be required to be involved in this side of the business as well. (The client will cover any travel expenses)
As a Handyman you will also be expected to carry out pest control, particularly removal of bedbugs.

Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant (unqualified) to work within a 2 form-entry Primary School based in Lewisham. The role will predominantly be based in Key Stage 1 however experiences working across various Key Stages would be favourable as staff are required to be adaptable from time to time.
The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in small groups as well as working with children on a 1-1 intervention basis.
The school is set on spacious grounds in a new refurbished building with modern interactive facilities across the whole school.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, we’ll require that you:
Hold a minimum of a NVQ Level 2 in childcare, equivalent degree or significant experience as a Teaching Assistant
Proactive, personable with a real positive can-do attitude
Have a DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
