Senior/Lead QA Automation Engineer **Only apply if you currently have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship and are willing to work onsite 2-3 days per week in Central London** Certain Advantage are recruiting on behalf of our global energy trading client in London for a Senior/Lead QA Automation Engineer working onsite 3 days per week. Starting ASAP initially until 31st October this contract is working inside IR35. You must demonstrate Automation experience, with the ability to manage and deliver top quality testing for medium to large programs. Essential candidate experience sought: Experience as QA lead. Agile testing & test automation (accelerators tools). Selenium C# with BDD framework using Specflow, API Automation. Implementation of selenium Grid. Demonstrable experience applying appropriate test measurements & metrics.Roles and Responsibilities: Take a leadership position in automation, working with Architects and Scrum team members to clarify requirements, ensure testability and the ability to automate. Provide feedback on design, both functional and technical. Innovate on latest tools and processes to improve QA functional, manual and Automation testing. Document best practices and mentor junior team members. Work on frameworks to ensure continuous deployment and continuous integration. Develop new proofs-of-concepts for QA Automation, ensuring continual improvements. The role has frequent exposure to and interaction with senior levels of business leadership. Works independently under minimal managerial supervision. Delivers the work as assigned, applying the work procedures, frameworks. Guidance provided for those tasks where there are limited precedents available.
