The Role – Behaviour Mentor
We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support the schools most challenging students. For this Behaviour Mentor role you must have at least 1 years experience working within a school of similar setting and must have worked with SEMH and ASD needs. The ideal Behaviour Mentor will have a calm and empathetic approach and must be able to diffuse challenging situations should they arise.
