Reeson Education is working with a well-respected and inclusive primary school in North West London that is looking to recruit a number of dedicated and reliable graduates seeking EYFS Teaching Assistant work to join their team from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities of a EYFS Teaching Assistant:
Support pupils individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum
Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs
Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support the school's values around anti-racism, equity and community engagement
The Ideal Candidate for this EYFS teaching assistant vacancy:
A positive, resilient and caring approach to working with children
A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive
Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance (or equivalent experience)
A commitment to personal and professional growth
Working Hours:
Monday to Wednesday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm
