DC Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company. We are seeking Line Operative to join their friendly and supportive production team.

Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm (40 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operating spray line machinery to apply paint, lacquer or primer
Preparing components for spraying, including sanding, masking and surface cleaning
Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of spray equipment and spray booth area
Meeting daily production targets without compromising on finish quality
Following Health & Safety and COSHH regulations at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in spray-finishing, spray paint lines or production environments
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and finishing processes
Confident using spray guns, paint booths or automated spray equipment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
A reliable team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn
