Job Title: 5 Axis Machinist (Day Shift)

Location: Confidential F1 Team (Oxfordshire)

Contract Type: Contract (Day Shift)

Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Pay: Up to £25.60 PAYE or £30.59 UMB

Are you an experienced 5 Axis Machinist looking for an exciting opportunity in motorsport?

Join a prestigious F1 team as a key member of their machining department, working on high-value parts for cutting-edge engineering. We are looking for two skilled machinists to join the day shift team starting from September 2nd, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Work autonomously to machine high-value components with precision and care.

Follow strict quality standards and handover processes to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.

Operate 5 axis CNC machines, ensuring optimal operation and productivity.

Produce clear and accurate handovers for the next shifts to ensure continuous workflow.

Key Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in 5 axis machining.

WinMax experience (Hurco control) is highly advantageous.

Basic programming skills are beneficial.

Proficiency with Heidenhain control is a must.

Experience with composites machining is desirable but not essential.

Ability to work independently and efficiently within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
