MEP Revit Coordinator
Are you a detail-driven BIM professional with a passion for coordinating complex building services projects? We’re looking for a talented MEP Revit Coordinator to bring technical expertise, collaboration, and precision to a major project in central London.
What you’ll do:
* Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) services within Revit across the project. A major healthcare scheme.
* Manage, review, and update BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
* Facilitate clash detection, model audits, and deliverables to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design challenges.
* Maintain project documentation and ensure workflows align with BIM execution plans.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience with Revit MEP and Navisworks (clash detection & coordination).
* Knowledge of BIM standards
* Proven track record of coordinating MEP services on large-scale or complex projects.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
This is a site based for a 6 month duration working for the main contractor
