IT Technician (Education Sector)

Location: Leeds

Hourly Rate: £30

Duration: 6 months

We're looking for an IT Technician to provide hands-on support across staff, students, and classroom technology within the education sector. You'll be responsible for resolving hardware, software, and network issues, supporting Microsoft 365, and maintaining IT systems and equipment across the organisation.

What we're looking for:

Experience in IT support (1st/2nd line).

Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.

Great communication and customer service skills.

Education sector experience and knowledge of Active Directory are desirable.
