This senior role requires a Principal RF Network Design Authority to autonomously create, implement, and lead the technical direction for major network platforms and customer solutions. RF experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
RF Design Authority: Deliver and own the overall RF network design, driving efficiency and scalability through design reuse.
Technical Quality: Provide technical quality assurance over engineer work and act as an expert consultant.
Solution Delivery: Autonomously create and implement complex, cross-domain technical solutions.
Complex Problem Resolution: Resolve high-impact, cross-domain problems.
Strategic Consulting: Serve as a technical ambassador for the company.
Required Skills & Industry
Proven RF Design Authority or Senior Architect experience.
Expertise in solution implementation and QA.
Focus on scalability and efficiency.
Preferred Candidates: Background in the Telecom or Defence sectors/industries.
