Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:15pm
Friday: 8:00am – 12:15pm

1 x 2-month contract
2 x 6-month contracts

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage a portfolio of customers as the main point of contact.
✅ Handle customer queries via phone, email, and portals.
✅ Process and manage orders — from placement to delivery.
✅ Liaise with production, sales, shipping, and warehouse teams.
✅ Raise quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
✅ Monitor performance to ensure commitments are met.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in customer service or order management.
SAP experience is essential.
Strong attention to detail and transactional processing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Automotive industries is highly desirable.
Experience with customer portals is a bonus.
