We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll ERP Lead to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the design and implementation of the Council’s future ERP solution.
The HR and Payroll ERP Lead will:
* Own the design of the Council’s HR and Payroll modules
* Guide design leads and functions through implementation
* Apply functional best practices, stakeholder feedback, and programmatic knowledge to ensure a smooth and effective rollout
Contract Details:
* Duration: 12 months+
* Hours: 37 hours per week
* Rate: £48.00 per hour (umbrella)
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in HR and Payroll system design and ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar)
* Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes and best practices
* Experience in functional design, configuration, or HRIS leadership roles
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and guide teams through system implementation
