Does money held in APN attact interest?
Interest has stopped on my CTD, so it would be a bonus if they pay interest again when it moves over to APN.Comment

APNs
I received the warning letter stating that I would receive APNs in the next 1 to 6 weeks. Six weeks is up, no APNs have appeared. Has anyone else received APNs more than 6 weeks after the warning letter?Comment

Originally posted by KNIGHTRKHi, I don't wish to be the bearer of bad news and interrupt the HMRC hate in. But people need to realise that we have lost. The law stands and bills need to be paid. If anyone thinks the law is going to be changed by this or any subsequent Government then they are wrong. I have settled with HMRC. This allows me to put the whole sorry affair behind me. For those who can't afford to pay I feel genuinely sorry for but it's over...we have "lost".Comment
