Trying to find court case report again...

Sorry, but I am trying to find a court case report where a contractor (who won other parts of the case) supplying IT services to a client was denied the ability to charge VAT on the services because the contract did not explicitly state VAT was chargeable on top.

It was posted here in a general "caveats" thread on contract law etc.

Thanks to anyone who can post a link, I'll download it this time...
