    The guy mentioned is not just a shareholder, according to the accounts and annual return filed, he is the controlling shareholder.

          Paystream do MYPSC, or MYPSC online, same idea different cost. BUT there is absolutely no way I would use them to manage to my Ltd Co, I will (when I go to one in April) do as I have done before and run it myself and employ an accountant. ////////////////OOOOPS just read that link someone has posted re these !

            Hey, once I needed to contact with Paystream and I didn`t really like it, they lied to me all the time,so if you`re serching honest, never try Paystream

              I've had a very good experience with them so far.
              Been with Paystream MyMax3 for 5 1/2 weeks now in the Umbrella side (rather than Ltd), having been forced to drop my own Ltd by end client.
              They've been surprisingly good at responding to any queries, even when it got complicated with salary sacrifice to existing SIPP using an extra year back allocation.
              They pay weekly a week in arrears, and have already made one monthly pension contribution that's reached my SIPP.
              If they keep this up for the year I'll give them 5 out of 5 stars.
