          And although I haven't seen it myself, word has it that the "defniitions" vary depending on which form and which route (paper or online) you are using.

              Yes, but Mal confused the issue by talking about the P35 (which isn't unrelated I suppose).

                But wouldnt completing the question on the SA be a red rag to a bull (HMRC) regarding looking at you for IR35 ?

                  I also noticed that the self-assessment must be submitted by the end of October unless you're doing it online, where you still get to the end of January.

                  I bet I'm not alone in forgetting to do that. Can't even do it now, not received mine yet.
