                    Yeah I'm so wet. In my case he stole the money out of HMRCs bank, and because they have no duty of care I was liable. Quite how that makes me naive I'm unsure, perhaps I should have sat on the money in HMRCs bank? Perhaps I shouldn't have paid my taxes?

                    Or going back to enagaging him
                    perhaps I should have mistrusted:
                    1/ that the PCG recommended him on their site
                    2/ numerous people on here recommended him,
                    3/ he was regulated by a major accounting body

                    The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

                    But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”
