True but most people would start by exhausting the firms complaints procedure - Simon's not difficult to get hold of, as he's proved on here, and I am sure he will sort out your queries for you

Well I tried searching the website for how to complain and google just took me to the office phone number page, which is why I called up as per my initial comment.

As feedback I would recommend they put a clearer section on how the procedure works on their website, would look good to prospective clients and may keep their accountants on their toes…. Just a suggestion.
