    Is it possible to change from working through an Umbrella company to Limited Company for the same contract when ...

    a) you are in the middle of the same contract

    or

    b) when you are at the end of the same contract and its renewal time...

    Yes and Yes as long as your agency are happy to change your contract, some aren't. Call them!

      Yes you can subject to your current agency/contact agreeing to this. I have quite a few clients who have moved across from umbrella to limited in recent times and in some cases the agencies are happy for the change to happen when the contract is up for renewal time
