Hi,

Just wondered if anyone had heard of any issues using this umbrella company.

I'm happy with all the pre-signup advice on the web and a couple of one-to-ones on the phone, but just thought I'd check here.

My biggest problem is getting them through the door without closing them, I guess I should get a little permie umbrella instead :/

Yes I use them - never had any problems. Once got my actual umbrella caught in the doors of the tube though - that was fun

I signed up last month and am very pleased with the service so far. was assigned an account manager, had quick responses to all questions submitted. Compared to some of the other cowboys out there they are one of the best.
