Just filled in an online form to get some money back over a holiday flight that was delayed for about six hours. Reasonable in the circumstances, as we spent more than 8 hours hanging around the airport, got stuck next to tired and fractious infants for the whole flight, our coach trip to the hotel through beautiful mountains took place in pitch darkness and we got to bed about 3am and were knackered the next day.
On the other hand, I loath people who complain and try and get money back over everything. Never claimed for that CPP refund as (apart from fact I could not really be a*ed over a small sum) I didn't feel that ripped off. Although the protection was standard for credit cards the plan allowed for more than one card to be handled with one phone call, worth summit I think.
So are you lot moaners/complainers/claimers or don't you bother?
