Home again: Just four months after admitting killing her three terminally ill children at her £1.2m family house - the first picture of banker's wife at centre of tragedy with her only surviving child | Daily Mail Online (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2984445/Home-Just-four-months-admitting-killing-three-terminally-ill-children-1-2m-family-house-seen-surviving-child-picture-banker-s-wife-centre-tragedy.html)

The case of the mother who killed her three disabled children & pleaded manslaughter on diminished responsibility, then tried to top herself is allowed home after four months???

Whereas I would agree locking her away in prison is not the right answer, four months later, back and on the school run seems very surprising. How can someone come out of a mental hospital after only four months?

How can someone come out of a mental hospital after only four months?

Because when treated properly, some mental illnesses can be "tamed" in that time frame.

And I use the word tamed rather than cured, because it will always be there somewhere.

Anybody think she is just a cold hearted banker and killed the disabled kids because they cramped her style.

Cos that's the truth and money can buy freedom.

What a stupid thing to post.

Why?

Because anyone who actually reads the article would see:

It is understood that his wife was given a temporary licence several weeks ago to leave the hospital where she is being treated and has been returning home on a regular basis at weekends

Which to me says she is still getting treatment and this is part of her rehabilitation, the Daily Mail should be ashamed (yes I just read that out loud) for even putting this story in the paper

Max, Ben and Olivia all had spinal muscular atrophy, which is a devastating muscle-wasting illness sometimes referred to as ‘floppy baby syndrome’.

Up to 60 therapists, doctors, nurses and other specialists had been involved with the family over the years, sometimes arriving at the house unannounced and leaving Mrs Clarence feeling insecure and upset, the court was told.

She had frequently clashed with doctors over the children’s treatment and there was criticism during the hearing of the way that health professionals had dealt with the family.

It emerged that Mrs Clarence felt she was being pressed into agreeing to intrusive operations and medical procedures for the children that she thought were inappropriate.
She and her husband were said to want to put quality of life above longevity for Ben, Max and Olivia but some medical experts in contact with the family disagreed.

You guys need to pull your heads out of your arsed, look humanity in the face and see the lies, deceit and greed which drives you.

You guys need to pull your heads out of your arsed, look humanity in the face and see the lies, deceit and greed which drives you.

If you have some evidence that wasn't presented in court then perhaps you should share it with the Police. Otherwise, why not toddle off and play make believe somewhere else?

Axe killer who hacked wife to death pictured SHOPPING four years after being locked up indefinitely - Mirror Online (http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/axe-killer-who-hacked-wife-5063075)

Happens all the time.

When you accept the crime to be a symptom of a diagnosable illness then a doctor wants to cure and the patient is then free after the 'cure'.
