    On the bench but...

    I took a permie role last year but ditched it a couple of weeks ago and back on the market. Some on here said I would do just that and yer right of course.

    Never again and I should have known better. Enjoying my new freedom

                    I did two consecutive perm gigs a few years ago, both lasted around 12 months (the first ended in redundancy, the second, I jumped because I was required to compromise my personal and professional integrity).

                    Now they just look like two 12 month contracts on my CV
