Drawing a salary whilst working abroad

Is it possible to still declare dividends and draw a salary from your LTD company that is based in the UK whilst being employed and paid in local currency abroad in a permanent position?

Yes, you'll have to pay tax. That's a taxation issue.

We can't really answer your question. You should seek advice from an accountant. There are far too many things unspecified and cross-border taxes are complicated. In principle, you can continue paying dividends and, providing you're trading (w/r to CT relief), a reasonable salary etc. If your company has ceased trading, that will have other implications, including your eligibility for Entrepreneurs Relief at some point in the future.

In short, there are many issues, and your question is best posed to a professional who is familiar with your circumstances.
