    Possible Referendum delay

Before the general election the Tory party released their manifesto of which one action was to bring in a 'Votes for Life' bill:

the Conservative manifesto pledge which said: “We will introduce votes for life, scrapping the rule that bars British citizens who have lived abroad for more than 15 years from voting”
Because of that pledge not being fulfilled: https://www.leighday.co.uk/News/News...er-exclusion-f although there might be some fast track legislation going through soon...
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.
