            Top Trumps:

Brussels: about 1 million people, 161Km^2 according to Wikipedia.
            London: 8.5 million people, 1,700Km^2.

            No contest.

You aren't registered to vote in the election. In fact you fall at the first hurdle...

To vote in an EU election, you need to be registered as an EU citizen.
To vote in a US election, you need to be registered as a US citizen.
To vote in a CONTRACTOR UK election, you need to be a... guess

(Then after that, you need to be nominated, approved and voted in by those who can do that.)

But you need to remember one thing... This is NOT a democracy.

With great power comes great responsibility.

Westminster long ago rescinded regulation of the financial sector, along with responsibility. Now they cheat. i.e. fixing bases rate between their mates, dubious financial products PPI etc..
