"Some senior ministers believe the Government should be honest with the public about the need for higher taxes, another source said, allowing them to make the choice between continued cuts and paying a little extra. "

:eek :eek :eek

Cabinet at war over tax as calls for an end to austerity spark row over where extra money will come from (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/07/02/cabinet-war-tax-calls-end-austerity-spark-row-extra-money-will/)

Oh so NOW they think Govt should be honest, I honestly felt that the Govt should be honest at all times... :eyes

So, the first real result from Brexit vote will be big tax increases to pay little extra. Nice.

Great in theory - but in practice as we know those that do not pay taxes will be happy for everyone else to pay more so they have to deal with less cuts.

Or does this vote only go to those who are actually earning a wage and have been for say 2 years...??
