A very interesting opportunity has presented itself but it is firmly inside ir35. If I took it, I would just leave the company not trading for a year. There's no immediate problems with that is there ?

Nope. Your accountant will advise what the situation is. Also ask them to reduce your charges while it's not trading. You'll have to stop paying yourself a wage for the time being but in the short term it's just like extended bench time.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!! -
Thanks, that's what I initially thought. And the fact it overlaps two financial years is a bonus as it will just look like the company had two not so good years (assuming return to previous model after this "experiment")Comment

Pleased to here it is lucrative.
