Hi, I am new here and wondered whether I could ask for your help.

I am really struggling to get my head around this IR35 thing. Could you please tell me what strategies you all use to beat HMRC when you are reviewed - what they are, and why they work.

I want to make sure that I am prepared.

It will take too long to explain why there aren't any. Have a read of the guides we keep talking about, have a seaarch through here for "MOO" or "D&C" or "RoS".
