    Customer Satisfaction Review

I'm starting to put together a critique for my clients to fill in to rate my work. Started off by copying the one from my EB, which didn't have too many relevant Q's (graded from 1-4):

    • Consultant's professionalism
    • Matching of consultants technical skills
    • Level of communication with your Consultant
    • Overall performance of consultant

Any other to add to the list? I'm thinking of:

    Consultants written & oral communication
    Flexibility to work
Timekeeping (not sure about this one - seems a bit of a permie thing)
    Appearance
    Behaviour

I've heard of that one before, never visited it though, messy business I believe!

Or is it your own site for clients to rate the contractors you place with them?

If they keep paying your invoices, they're happy enough.

Don't forget to charge them for the time required to administer the survey!
