    50 Week Contract Wording

My new client has asked to extend the 6 month contract to 50 weeks. I aint even started yet!

However, I am keen to get the contract broken down into deliverable based chunks. Will this help with any potential IR35 problems down the line?

Although nice from a stability point of view, it does look on paper like an employer/employee type relationsip...

Make sure they aren't on about paying you annually (50 weeks with 2 weeks off for good behaviour).
