Guy who sits next to me bailed from Chorus before April, however they still have to calculate the P11d for him to return to HMRC.
He's had to query the form they sent him as the figures don't add up.
They seem reluctant to reply.
Any ideas of any "threats" he can make - i.i. if he incurs any fines can he pass them on, can he inform HMRC the reason behind the no-show of the form is crap accountants ?
