    tax on dividends

    Hi,

I have a question about tax to be paid on company profits. Apart from Corp tax do I need to pay more tax once I take out dividends as this is a potential source of income which I get from my ltd company.

    Regards.

No more extra tax is paid by the company but you will have to pay some extra tax if you earn over about £39K, my accountant advises what this level is and the extra tax is 25% of the net dividend that is over £39K ish

People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance." Cicero

...and remember to make yourself out a tax voucher.
