Advice needed on forming new ltd company

    Hi All, newbie here.
Am in desparate need of advice, had my own ltd company a couple of years back, in which I was the director and my wife the secretary, due to circumstances, the company got dissolved by MR Big, taking quite a big chunk of money.....dont ask: My question is, can I start another ltd company or is the above held against me and can my wife be the secretary again???

    Any response appreciated.

you'd be better off asking companies house this question, they should set you straight?

You would have been advised if you had been disqualified as a director, so sounds as though you would be ok.
