Changing site - travel expenses etc.

My client has asked me to work for a couple of months on a different site to the one I am currently located at - this I am fine with. They have also said they will pay my travel expenses and daily allowance to the new site.

What I am unclear on is whether accepting these expenses is liable to be an indicator (in a bad way!) for employment under IR35.. is anyone able to clarify this or has been in a similar situation?

Nope. Just bill them for the extra. You can claim they changed the contract so you renegotiated a rate for times when you are at a different site. Sorted.
