    Is this legal?

I'm kinda new so go easy on me. I found a company that says that they can pay me a minimum wage plus options to buy future priced shares (0.01 pence or so) which they imediately buy back at a much higher value. This means that i only pay 10% capital gains on the bulk of my salary?

Does anyone know if this is legal?

    Thanks

Whether legal or not, it's systematically incorrect.

You only pay tax at 10% on gains, if you have held the share (business asset) for two years.

Immediately buying them back, doesn't look to me like it satisfies this criterion.
